Sesame Asparagus recipe

Sesame Asparagus ingredients list:

1 ½ cup of asparagus, sliced into half-inches.
½ cup of beansprouts.
½ cup of red bell pepper.
1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
1 tablespoon of ginger, grated.
1 tablespoon of garlic, minced.
1 tablespoon of shallot, minced.
Juice of 1 freshly-squeezed lime.

Instructions for Sesame Asparagus:

In a frying pan, heat the sesame oil until it is smoking.

Quickly add the sesame seeds, asparagus, ginger, shallot, and garlic.

Stir-fry about 1 minute.

Add the beansprouts and red pepper.

Stir-fry for another minute.

Remove from heat and add soy sauce and lime juice.

Toss thoroughly.

Serve.
